Recruitment Team Leader - Lincoln - circa £32000 plus bens

Your new company
This is a national multi-site service provider with a 1st class reputation as an employer and service provider.

Your new role
This is a new role to manage & develop a new team and the processes/service provision of a new Recruitment Department.

There are 3 elements to this role:

1 - Development of the staff/the team
You will Line Manage a newly appointed team to work cohesively and to Best Practice - ensuring that aswell as compliance, SLAs and KPIs targets are met - but that also, the internal and external journey is the best it can be. You will help your team adapt to continuous improvements & changes and individually, your team can feel professionally fulfilled - having achieve individual, team and company goals.

2 - Process Improvement
The business has brought all site recruitment in-house to the Recruitment Team and therefore there has been work done to review what procedures are currently used and what "Best Practice" should look like - you will be responsible for rolling out this process to the department and your Stake Holders.
You will also be involved in the development of the ATS system.
Then it will be a case of continuous improvements to the system, processes and procedures in the future.

3 - Recruitment
You will act as a leader and support to the Recruitment Team and Stake Holders by assisting with recruitment day-to-day activities. This maybe to step in and assist with peaks in recruitment activity, screening, proactive candidate searching (through online methods such as LinkedIn and CV Libraries) and some senior role recruitment ownership.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will need:
Full end to end recruitment activity experience - including onboarding activity
High volume recruitment background
Staff/Team Line Management and Development experience
Process, Procedure and System improvement experience and/or ideas

This is an ideal role for an Internal Recruiter (with management experience - either in recruitment or another area) OR a Agency Recruiter who has covered the full end to end recruitment spectrum in a high volume environment - to lead, develop and truly make a mark on the recruitment team and activities of this organisation.

What you'll get in return
This a full time role Monday to Friday based at the Lincoln office - however due to Covid restrictions you will be remote working initially (after a Induction period) - with a 3 day minimum back in the office on return to "normality" .
More than standard annual leave entitlement - 25 days plus the stats
