HR Associate - Renewable Power - London (Permanent)
Your new company
A renewable power generation firm, who operate mainly across Africa, are looking to recruit for a HR professional to join their small HR team in the heart of London.
Your new role
In this role, you will be working closely with the VP of Human Resources where you will be supporting on a wide range of HR matters including recruitment, HR administration, contracts, training administration, payroll processing, absence, pay, pension/ and benefits administration.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have HR experience in supporting recruitment, administration, contracts, training administration and assisting with payroll. You will have strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), and experience in communicating using remote software (i.e. Teams, Zoom). Experience of Cloud based HR software is preferable. Ability to work independently and in a small team; excellent communication skills. Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. CIPD qualification.
