Senior HR Advisor role Permanent opportunity ( or Interim considered)
The role :
To provide a high quality and comprehensive senior HR advisory service as part of the wider HRBP team. As a key member of the HRBP team, the post holder will take a lead role in ensuring the efficient and effective management and progression of all complex employee relations cases within an assigned division and deliver people management solutions to the divisional management teams. The postholder will pro-actively identify potential problems within their aligned division and actively work with the HRBP and other members of the leadership team and colleagues to ensure a positive outcome. They will be responsible for ensuring that any change or requirement is delivered within the scope of legal requirements whilst endeavouring to maintain a minimal risk to the organisation.
