Recruitment Coordinator

Your new company
Our not-for-profit client, who's head office is based in Reigate are recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing HR team of 10 for the duration of 18 months (potentially longer) to support them with the governments kickstart scheme.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be reporting into the Director of People and Recruitment and working alongside the Recruitment Business Partner to support the company with recruiting individuals aged 18-24 into the Governments Kickstart scheme.

You will be responsible for the following:

* Lead the recruitment of Kickstart candidates
* Onboard all successful candidates
* Lead the induction process
* Candidate aftercare
* Provide participants with ongoing mentoring support

This role will be working from home for the foreseeable future and you will be required to interview and onboard from via video call.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have experience within a recruitment based role plus people management skills and recent experience of leading and delivering training.

What you'll get in return
