Working in a newly established Employee Experience team who cover; Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion, Flexible working, Employee Engagement, CSR and Development.

Your new role
This global financial services firm located in the City of London is on the search for an experienced Wellbeing lead to support the employees in multiple facets. As the Wellbeing Lead - you will join a newly created team reporting to the Head of Employee Experience who cover a variety of key areas to the business.

Develop the Wellbeing Strategy

* Develop, implement and measure progress on the global Total Wellbeing Strategy to support employees in relation to their health, their work, their financial wellbeing and their life.
* Develop and report on a set of performance metrics on Wellbeing, including KPIs and external benchmark.

Lead on Mental Health and Disability agenda's globally.

* Manage Wellbeing and Enable events, activities and campaigns including expanding Mental Health First Aiders to a global programme
* Develop guidance and training for managers and employees on Enable and Wellbeing in collaboration with Learning & Development (e.g. on mental health, domestic abuse and workplace adjustments

Champion the new Dynamic working structure

* Provide subject matter expertise, advice and support the inclusion of a Dynamic Working environment

What you'll need to succeed

* Passion for wellbeing and creating inclusive environments.
* Understanding of good practice around wellbeing, mental health, flexible working and disability inclusion
* Strong project management skills
* Strong interpersonal, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
