A part-time Internal Recruiter to join a growing property developer in a busy new role - based near Fareham.

Your new company

My exclusive client are one of the fastest growing property developers in the UK with a number of beautiful locations across the south.

This growing SME have exciting plans for the future and intend to add a number of important new roles in many departments across the business.

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Director and working alongside a HR and Payroll assistant, your role as a part-time Internal Recruiter will be to support the business in the advertisement, recruitment and selection of candidates from Groundsmen to Department Managers.

This busy role is part-time position with flexibility around the number of hours, but my client would prefer you to work Monday-Friday for continuity. Please note that this role is based in the office as the business are considered key workers (construction).

What you'll need to succeed

This will be a busy role working with all levels of the business, so you must be highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must have at least 1 year+ experience in a resourcing / recruitment role.

You will receive a salary of between £18,000-£25,000 FTE (pro rata, part-time), with flexibility around hours/days per week (Mon-Fri preferred). Free on-site parking and gym is also provided.
