We are embarking on an awe-inspiring mission, to help create an amazing place to work with flexibilities that enable people to thrive and live better and healthier lives through fulfilling work.

Our refreshed People Strategic Plan focuses on three pillars ‘Place, People & Performance’ and provides a framework that shapes all that we do to attract, recruit, develop and support our people, so that together we successfully deliver our Cardiff Met strategic objectives. 

To bring our People Strategic Plan to life we have a renewed People Services model, supported by a new transformational leadership team, that embraces and encompasses Strategy, Partnerships and Organisational Development, People Operations, People Analytics and Employee Relations.  Working in synergy we will be the go-to place for innovative thinking and all things people.

We are about to start instigating our People Strategic Plan, planning and implementing high-impact projects and initiatives all aimed at providing a great employee experience for now and in the emerging future.  To complement our existing and diverse team and support us on our journey, we have created seven integral key roles:
