This organisation continues to expand in Northern Ireland and the organisation has invested heavily in its Belfast HR function. Your new role

As the new Reward professional for this dynamic organisation you will provide essential support to the UK Reward function. In this once in a lifetime opportunity you will play an integral role during annual salary & bonus reviews. You will also project manage the provision of the annual Total Reward Statements to all UK staff. Furthermore, as an experienced Reward professional it will be your responsibility to support the UK Reward Manager in the completion of wide ranging projects as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed


* Past proven reward experience within a commercial organisation including salary surveys, salary and bonus reviews, total reward statements and pay gap reporting
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including vlookup, macros and pivot tables)
* Advanced Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint skills Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information
