Hays HR is delighted to be working alongside an ever expanding organisation in their search for a Senior HR Business Partner covering multiple sites. This HR job will see you work on behalf of an organisation which has gone through an exceptional period of growth over the past 12 months. and due to expansion in their Belfast branch they are seeking a seasoned HR professional to take the lead with the Regional HR function.

Your new role

As the new Senior HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the day to day management of the HR function across the Island of Ireland. Reporting into the Head of HR, there will be a keen focus on organisational change and engaging with senior leadership on a regular basis. Moreover, you will take charge of upcoming projects including the expansion of the HR function within NI. Working across various jurisdictions you will compete with various deadlines in quick succession. Acting as a true Business Partner you will also think strategically to ensure that HR acts as a truly commercial arm of the business.

What you'll need to succeed


* Possess demonstrable experience of working at a Senior HR level
* CIPD Qualified or relevant degree
* Strong Organisational Change experience
* Comprehensive knowledge of NI, UK and ROI employment law
* Experience of working in a CoE is highly desirable
