Are you an experienced Senior HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to work within a growing, ambitious business? Remote working, until restrictions lift, then based in Winchester with the flexibility to work from home. Salary up to £63k.
As Senior HR Business Partner you will work closely with the MD to shape and develop the site People Strategy. The role will lead around the integration of the site into the broader organisation, TUPE, talent and development, succession as well as broader group HR projects.
CIPD Level 7, or equivalent you will be an experienced HR Business Partner, with a strong commercial approach, who can use that broader business capability to translate into a meaningful People plan. You will have the credibility and gravitas to build strong Senior Stakeholder relations.
