Job Details
We are looking for somebody who has a flair for writing training material from onboarding through to the full customer services, sales, complaint resolution and soft training skills to develop full operational training sessions. This is purely a design role as opposed to delivery.
Ideally but not essentially your background will be from financial services, however it's the writing of operational training material that is more of interest.
If you are immediately available / available at short notice, possess the training design exposure and can commit to at least 3 months, we are keen to hear from you ASAP.
