EMEA Benefits Specialist - IT business - London

Your new company
A global start-up are currently recruiting for a Benefits Specialist to join them on an interim to permanent basis, at their London offices. This is initially a 6 month FTC which will then go permanent.

Your new role
Reporting into the Director of Benefits, you will manage the benefits across the EMEA region. This will be full life cycle for the employee from onboarding, communicating and presenting on benefits, to offboarding, as well as managing and negotiating with the vendors in each country. You will lead on EMEA benefits projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Benefits Specialist with EMEA experience, and have experience of managing benefits specifically in the UK, France, Spain and Germany, a second language in any of these is favourable. You will have strong Excel and Powerpoint skills. You will be used to working in fast paced growing businesses.
