This company has gone through a huge transformation programme over the last 2 years, which has seen the HR function double in size. Due to this transformation my client is recruiting an exciting newly created Senior HR Advisor role to join a fantastic team and impact upon the continuous growth of this high-profile brand
Your new role
In this newly created role you'll join a dynamic HR Operations team working closely to support the HR Ops Manager and HR Advisors. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the ER caseload contributing your specialist knowledge of employment law and HR best practice to guarantee that HR advice is delivered consistently and compliantly, whilst constantly keeping processes under review for continuous improvement.
As an ER and employment law expert you will be responsible for advising the business on policy change and updates by ensuring you are constantly up to date with employment law changes and understand their impact upon the business.
You'll drive the ER function supporting, developing and mentoring the HR advisors, dealing with your own cases and escalations as required to effectively partner the business in all ER related matters with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Additionally, within this generalist role you will also support managers and the wider business with recruitment, policy development and have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of interesting projects and develop this role alongside the HR Ops Manager and wider company vision.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven success in similar HR or ER role
* Experience Managing ER caseload
* Proven Experience Managing complex ER cases
* Strong experience upskilling and coaching line managers in ER policy and process
* Proven ability to build trust and strong internal business relationships
* Ability to partner and support people at all levels within the business
* ER policy & process development expertise
* Experience utilising data analytics to apply improvements to HR policy
* Proactive and positive approach
