A Project Implementation Specialist role with a not for profit, building robust project management processes.
Your new company
A Surrey based Not For Profit with c700 staff across the South of England. Due to high volumes of projects, they require a Project Implementation Specialist to join them for 6 months, designing and implementing a robust project management process plan through to adoption in the wider business.
Your new role
Partnering with the HR Director, you will be responsible for reviewing current project management practices, liaising with Project Managers and identifying best practice changes to ensure consistent process throughout the organisation. You will look at the cultural impact of project change and ensure that there are clear metrics and milestones for what good project process looks like. You will work with key stakeholders to roll out the new process, training and creating materials where appropriate. You will have responsibility for ensuring that the process is flexible to accommodate
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience managing projects, as well as experience in process mapping and build / improvement of project strategy and implementation methods. You will have trained people on new processes where possible, ensuring engagement is driven appropriately.
What you'll get in return
Up to £60,000 pa in an ever changing NFP environment where you can have a real impact on future planning.
