Interim HR Business Partner
My client, a Public Sector organisation based in the south west is urgently looking for an Interim HR Business Partner for a 6 month contract.
Reporting into the Head of HR operations you will be responsible for:
- Providing professional, strategic HR service to allocated Division/s ensuring up to date expert, consistent advice, support and practice covering all staff.
- Ensuring the provision of effective transactional and expert services in conjunction with other senior members of the OD & People teams.
- Embedding good HR performance practice within the designated Division, including reporting on key workforce KPIs and taking appropriate action.
Candidates must be CIPD qualified be able to start at short notice. Option to work 1-2 days remotely.
