HR Regulatory Business Analyst - Financial Services - Permanent
Your new company
A global financial services business are currently recruiting for a HR Regulatory Operations Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
This position sits in the HR team, and has close contact with the Compliance team within the business. Your role will be to support the record keeping of employees that are regulated within the business. Due to new regulations that are coming through, this area is becoming increasingly busy. You will become the Subject Matter Expert in the SM&CR processes within HR, and partner with the technology teams to ensure the data is correct. You will support process changes for HR regulations on the HR system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong HR Business Analyst, and have a good understanding of regulations within HR in financial services. You will have excellent Excel skills.
