Job Details
We are looking to recruit for a permanent HR Manager to join an established construction organisation based in Manchester City Centre.
Your new role
The role of the HR Manager will be a full generalist role and be responsible for the full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding, talent plans, reward, benefits, learning & development, employee relations and any additional value add plans. As part of the senior management team and reporting to the CEO you will guide and provide support in all areas of HR. In terms of the staff workforce their will be range of skill sets and departments to support ranging from Finance, Marketing, Procurement to more blue collar workers on the tools. The business currently have a staff base of under 100 employees and are looking to grown over the next 5 years and create a more corporate business feel. The opportunity will require an individual who has a proactive approach and is forward thinking and will present ideas to the business for improvements on their people plans. The business has been going through some changes including restructures recently and therefor the engagement and culture will be one of the priorities within the business. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who can join the organisation add value and really make a difference.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD level 5+
Experience in a HR Management role 3 years plus
Travel to various sites will be required although you will be responsible for managing your own diary and this is likely to be once per week
Full time opportunity only however flexible working arrangements including hybrid working from home will be considered.
Tupe experience would be an advantage & also construction and property backgrounds would be recognised
