Strictly Education is a leading provider in support services to schools and educational establishments. Our HR team provide a range of services to approximately 900 schools nationally. An opportunity has now arisen to join the team at an exciting time as the company expands and develops vital operational services to support our clients.
The role is home based to provide consultancy advice on a wide range of HR issues to clients, predominately in the East Surrey area but also clients in other areas as required.
CIPD qualified to level 7 you will help to analyse issues and provide clients with a range of options for action, identifying risks as applicable and support with follow up actions.
You will also assist with the production and development of resources and materials for clients, ensuring they are current, accurate and of consistent high quality. Additionally you will contribute to the identification, design and delivery of traded services, products and training which add value and meet client needs.
Your extensive knowledge and understanding of employment legislation will be underpinned by your ability to research and interpret complex information.
Experienced in working as a consultant or a Business Partner to non-specialist managers and decision-makers. you will have developed the ability to communicate complex technical information so that they are able to take appropriate action.
Your ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with a wide range of clients and stakeholders will be matched with your ability to inspire trust and confidence in them.You will also possess the resilience and self-confidence to work alone in situations which can be highly charged.
Whilst previous experience of working in the education sector is not essential, some understanding of the education sector and the challenges it faces would be beneficial.
