Your new role
An excellent, permanent HR Operations Manager job opportunity, reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the Operational Management of the HRSSC ensuring the organisation meet their SLA's across all the teams and providing regular monthly reporting packs to Head of HR Shared Services. The organisation are undergoing a period of change so need someone who has the flexibility and experience to manage any of the teams across the HR Shared Service Centre, initially these are likely be Employee Relations and part of the Employee Lifecycle Team. The role is a critical part of the Senior Management team in the HR shared service centre based in Northamptonshire. You will have multiple Team Managers reporting directly into you with their subsequent teams under your remit. This role will play an integral part of the team by ensuring you are providing the best possible service to both internal and external customers. You will be instrumental in delivering the future HR Shared Service Centre Operating model, functional plan, and 2 year strategy. Once in place you will review the existing processes and procedures and provide recommendations for improvements and new ways of working. You will also review the documentation, governance and controls that are in place to ensure they are fit for purpose.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Operations Manager, within a large scale Shared Service Centre environment.
You must have experience of managing multiple HR teams or managing a number of HR direct reports.
You must have senior management experience within an HR Shared Service environment.
