As an ambitious and growing Multi Academy Trust we need a HR Manager who possess the credibility and skills necessary to influence at all levels and build relationships quickly. The successful candidate will also have a real commitment to delivering excellence in all areas and encouraging others to do the same.
Working closely with the CEO we are seeking to engage with someone with the following key qualities. As an applicant for this key role you are
- An extrovert
- Good verbal and written communication skills
You will ideally be a CIPD certified, however this is not essential.
