L&D Advisor - Part Time - Remote Working - Flexible South Wales Location

Your new company
You'll be joining a local charity that provides vital emergency support spanning across the whole of Wales. This is truly a fantastic organisation to be a part of with 100% of employees confirming that they feel connected and proud to work with the organisation.

Your new role
Joining on a part time basis; you'll be tasked with researching and establishing a training & development plan for the whole business with certain modules for specific job roles. You will be working closely with other key decision makers across the business to ensure that the L&D programme is tailored appropriately for all departments.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have extensive proven experience in a L&D function with knowledge of project planning too. You'll also need to be CIPD qualified. You'll need to be a self starter as it will be a stand alone role. You will need to be able to establish relationships with key stakeholders from the start.
