We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner who has the drive to support the ongoing transformation of people services within the firm. We have already delivered a significant proportion of our Fit for the Future People strategy but still have work to do.
You will work as part of our collaborative HR team, primarily serving our Midlands based offices.
As the primary contact for your area you will drive the local HR agenda for your areas of responsibility whilst ensuring your activities align with overall people strategy.
