Are you an experienced Interim ER Advisor, available imminently, for a 12 month FTC?
Currently remote based, with the expectation that as restrictions lift part of the working week is based on site in Birmingham. Salary up to £40k.
As Interim ER Advisor you will advise and guide Managers around employee relations practices, and will lead on consultation processes, and support and coach Managers through the process.
As an experienced Interim ER Advisor you will have led on redundancies and collective consultations. TUPE would be advantageous.
