An organisation in London is recruiting a HRIS analyst on a permanent basis. This role will be project focused with a range of clients.
- Own the migration of data to the new cloud systems and coordinate the process
- Act as first point of contact on all queries from clients with regards to the new system
- Help the client understand data requirements for the HR transformation.
- Be able to translate into terms that HR will understand the processes and creating documents and materials to assist with this
- Stakeholder management
- Experience with migrating data from legacy systems to the cloud
- Ideally SAP SuccessFactors experience but equivalent experience with another system also acceptable
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical terms into terms HR will understand.
- Strong Excel skills
