Hays HR is currently representing a global professional services organisation in their search for an Associate HR Generalist to join them on a full-time contract. This HR job will see you work with a large HR team which is amongst the best in Northern Ireland. This organisation has embraced the new era of work and has continued to grow exponentially over the past year with views to continue this growth across their sites in Belfast.

Your new role

As a recent HR/Business graduate you will be responsible for providing essential HR support to the Lead HR Generalist. and work across all key HR activities including recruitment, absence management, employee relations as well as compensation. Acting as the go to HR professional this role will give you the perfect start to your HR career as you will be the first point of contact for HR queries. Therefore, this role will give you great exposure to working in a HR department for a fast-paced organisation.

What you'll need to succeed


* Beneficial to have some relevant HR experience from a similar role
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
* Proven track record of delivery in a busy environment.
* Degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related discipline preferred
