Global Talent & L&D Lead

A recognisable tech company in central London has a permanent job vacancy for a Global Talent & L&D Lead. The company is going through a significant period of change, and this person will operate as a strategic partner to the business and functional leadership teams, the change team and the HR team during this period. Initiatives will include functional competency framework creation and roll out, the creation and delivery of management and leadership learning interventions, and the creation and roll out of training to support change programmes.

The successful candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge and experience of Talent and Performance Management including performance management practices, identifying critical behaviours, talent reviews, calibration, development, and succession. You'll have run highly successful Learning & OD initiatives, including leadership development, virtual training, and self-directed learning support, and be comfortable in a standalone role involving ongoing influencing of the leadership team.
