HR Advisor – c£35k – Notts/Lincs/WFH

The business is currently undergoing change and transformation and you will play a part in upskilling the management population to become more self sufficient by providing advice and coaching.

Additional responsibilities include providing a professional HR service to the business in relation to all employee related issues through the employment cycle, from recruitment and retention, employee relations, through to exit, with specific responsibility for complex issues or those involving managers, as well as involvement in various projects.

The ideal candidate will be a self sufficient generalist HR professional with ER expertise capable of influencing and coaching, establishing strong working relationships, communicating across all levels, and the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.

You need to be able to balance both a reactive and proactive workload.
