Your new role
This HR Advisor 12 month FTC will be working within a well established HR team alongside Business Partners, Resourcing, Reward, L&D and Projects.
The role is well rounded and you will be assigned to an internal client group and therefor shall be responsible for providing advisory support across resourcing, reward, employee relations and other operational activities.
You will gain exposure to salary review processes, a full range of ER matters, projects including new initiatives and standard HR procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
A background working within the Legal sector as a HR Advisor, or proven experience across all the above mentioned areas to an advisory level.
HRIS experience is also required.
