Head of HR

Please note during the school closures, as a result of the current Coronavirus (COVID-19), all interviews for teaching roles are still going ahead remotely via TEAMS or SKYPE.

Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm with a 48 minute unpaid break

We are seeking to recruit a full-time Head of HR to support the work of the Executive Leadership Team of a successful multi academy trust (MAT), The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) comprises of four secondary schools, two special schools and six primary phase schools in Surrey, with plans for opening two further special schools.

People are our most valuable asset, and this is an opportunity for an experienced HR leader to join a growing Trust to lead, motivate and inspire the HR team to ensure the Trust’s people strategy supports its aims and ethos.

Educated to degree level with CIPD (or equivalent) qualifications, you will be confident in all aspects of HR including process management and with a solid foundation in providing HR advice on complex issues to a wide stakeholder group.

This role requires someone who can bring strong HR leadership, preferably gained in the education sector, with experience of successfully leading and implementing change. Proven people management and communication skills with the ability to navigate and build rapport with colleagues is essential.

Travel between school sites will be required
