Employment Liaison Officer

Employment Officer - 12 Month FTC - £25,500

I am delighted to be working with a large North East organisation who is looking for an experienced Employment Officer to join their organisation on a 12 month FTC.

Your new role
Within your new position you will be responsible for the following;

* Undertake employer engagement to identify recruitment needs and help fill vacancies
* Provide effective job search and careers information supporting with advice and guidance
* Carrying out Health and safety risks
* You will be involved in employment advice and support designed to help develop the skills and attributes needed to move and support people into work.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this position you must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar position as an employment officer or experience in supporting individuals with career advice. You will be keen to develop your personal development and any issues that come in put open to supporting in different areas.
