Exciting new permanent job opportunity to joining a small privately owned business who were established 11 years ago and have now grown organically to 60 employees. The business started with 2 people wanting to do something different and better than their competitors, has grown into one of the largest teams of specialists in their line of work.



Your new role
The business are now at the point where they are looking for some expertise in their team in specialist areas and are now ready to take on a permanent HR Manager. The business are a firm that offers flexibility, career progression opportunities, a strong work / life balance and a supportive management culture. A culture in which employees are provided autonomy in their roles, with the assurances and access to senior management on a day-to-day basis ensures that skills and knowledge can be developed within a supportive network of like-minded-individuals. With the flexibility and IT infrastructure in place facilitating home working.

The business does currently have some good basic Hr processes in place that do work for them however they recognise that with a specialist in this role they will be able to take their people plans and processes to the next level. A standalone full generalist position in which you will cover end to end processes from transactional to more strategic planning with the directors and will cover all aspects of HR ER, recruitment, talent, engagement, L & D, Wellbeing. The role will provide somebody with an appetite to build something and shape their own role by providing creative and innovative ideas to the Directors for their people plans.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD level 5+
Must have experience of working within a professional services environment
Must have experience of working within a smaller SME type organisation or if you are in a larger business desire to work in a smaller business.



What you'll get in return
The role will pay up to £40k with a company bonus and will come with 25 days holiday, a pension and really good working from home and flexible working options.
