3-month Talent Acquisition Officer, £14.40ph (premium rate), near Truro, in a Public sector company

Your new company
A large successful public sector company near Truro are looking for Talent Acquisition Officer for a 3-month temp contract.


Your new role
You will be resourcing and recruiting roles in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the end to end recruitment cycle, prioritising the needs of the business as well as shortlisting and leading interviews. The current Talent Acquisition Officer is being seconded and will be on hand to support you in this role. Total hours per week 39 (includes working hours and lunch breaks are paid) with free onsite parking.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced in-house or agency recruiter. You need to have excellent communication, administration and relationship building skills. You will need to be a team player as well as a confident individual who can work autonomously.
