HR Reward Partner
This is an exciting opportunity to join the University's HR team where you will be the Directorate’s subject matter expert on all reward matters and will be responsible for developing, evolving and maintaining the University's total reward proposition.
You will be responsible for working with the Head of HR Shared Services & Reward in developing, evolving and maintaining the total reward proposition to support attraction, incentivisation and the retention of staff.
You will partner with colleagues in HR and other business areas to provide expert advice on all aspects of reward in order to establish consistent reward and recognition practices.
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced reward practitioner with in-depth knowledge of this specialist area in a Higher Education environment. You will be a strong communicator with acute attention to detail and the ability to analyse and disseminate complex data to different staff groups and stakeholders in order to inform effective decision making.
