Interim Compensation Consultant for global financial services business London
Your new company
A global well established financial services business with EMEA Head offices in London, are recruiting for an interim Compensation Consultant.
Your new role
You will sit in the EMEA Compensation team and work closely with the EMEA HR BPs providing excellent compensation advise and guidance. You will offer guidance on base salaries and incentive plans, provide market assessments to ensure competitiveness, and support the full salary review process.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have in-depth knowledge of job analysis and pricing, including some incentive plan design, from within financial services, and also have knowledge of CRDIV and Identified Staff Identification. You will have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills.
