HR Business Partner needed for short term assignment!

You will be working for an industry leading business. This role is perfect for an HR Business Partner who is a strong generalist and has experience working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys getting stuck in! The role is a short term assignment until the end of May, a great opportunity to tide you over while the market continues to open up. You can make a real difference within the business quickly.

Your new role
This is a generalist role that includes, performance management, developing capabilities, facilitating L&D activities and finding the right solution, process improvement, absence management, senior recruitment, ER case work and payroll.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this assignment you will be able to start on 29th March. You will be resilient and have strong proven experience working in an HRBP/Senior HR Advisory capacity. You will have managed a large case load as well as had experience dealing with payroll.

Additional information
Flexible working options available, this role will be remote inline with government guidelines and will be reviewed once these are lifted but it is doubtful that it will be 5 days a week in the office. You will have an opportunity to really see the fruits of your labour.
