Your new role
An excellent job opportunity for a Head of HR /HR Manager within a people centric, fast-paced, agile organisation.
This role is both transactional and strategic, you will have a team of five reporting into you and will be responsible for leading and driving the HR team. You will be responsible for the development of HR processes and metrics and will lead and support the HR team on all aspects of the employee life cycle, organisational design, recruitment and selection, ER, Reward, change management, E&D and HR Policies and procedures.
HR Projects: You will lead on HR transformation projects, employee engagement initiatives, to increase employee engagement, change management and succession planning.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have significant experience as a Head of HR or HR Manager, managing an HR team in a fast-paced, commercial organisation, you will be used to working with ambiguity and in a data driven environment and will have proven experience in a process driven environment but equally experience leading HR transformation projects. You will ideally be Degree educated and qualified to level 7 of the CIPD or equivalent.
