Due to market growth we are looking for exceptional individuals to join as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Bristol.

Your new role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Bristol you will manage the end to end recruitment process. Utilising your sales expertise, you will win new clients and nurture existing relationships, source and liaise candidates, advertise current roles and utilise our market leading database to successfully place candidates into the most suitable positions. Due to the high-performance culture at Hays, you will be required to meet monthly KPI's and targets and you will receive the full support of your Manager to ensure these are achieved.

You will be a determined and tenacious individual who is driven by success. It is important that you are ambitious, sales driven, thrive in a corporate sales environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to deal credibly with your clients and candidates and have a thirst for knowledge to develop your expertise in your specialist area.
