Resourcing Advisor

6 month Resourcing Advisor role for a Local Authority in London. £17 per hour, working from home, ASAP start.

Your new company
You will be working as Resourcing Advisor on a 6 month interim basis, for a Local Authority in London. The role will pay £17 per hour and is full time, 37 hours per week. You will work from home and must be able to start immediately.

Your new role
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager and working alongside 3 other Resourcing Advisors, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment campaign management of 10+ roles across the council, from advert to offer stage, managing high volume applications and building relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must have experience of using an ATS, ideally TalentLink or Lumesse and have a passion for direct sourcing. You must be available to start immediately.
