HR Advisor-Furlough, Northampton, up to £35,000
Your new company
A great opportunity for an HR Advisor-Furlough (7 Month FTC) within a busy, established, international manufacturing organisation.
Your new role
As an HR Advisor-Furlough, (7 Month FTC) you will be part of a small friendly HR team and you will be responsible for managing the furlough scheme, with support. You will be responsible for submitting all claims for furlough and issuing the relevant letters, you will be responsible for calculating salary sacrifice and running an audit to ensure all employees with salary sacrifice, who have been furloughed, have been paid accurately.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience of managing or supporting the furlough scheme and will ideally know how to calculate furlough payments taking into consideration salary sacrifice. You must be a confident user of MS Excel and be able to create formulae and use v-look up's.
What you'll get in return
