HR & Administration Manager - Hertfordshire - £45-50,000 plus benefits

Great opportunity to join a growing company but within a newly created role as HR & Administration Manager. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will have responsibility for the HR activities across the business which includes:-
o recruitment (sourcing and interviewing potential employees),
o internal transfers and other changes
o maintaining personnel records
o performance management
o employee development and retention
* Advising on the HR implications of any major structural or legislative changes
* Participating in the change management for important projects (e.g. implementation of Oracle modules)
* Management of the Company's Aviva Pension scheme
* Responsibility for the company vehicles
* Company insurance & health policies
* Maintenance of the Company HR and administrative quality procedures

You will need the following experience:-

* CIPD Qualified or equivalent
* 5+ years experience in HR and office management role
* Proven HR Generalist experience (especially recruitment and employee management)
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability
* Ability to manage own and others work to meet schedules and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
