Internal Recruitment job based in Coventry
Your new company
My client is a very large and successful company that has really seen an increase in sales over the last 12 months and are currently looking at rapidly expanding their current workforce.
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to set up their internal recruitment operations. Currently the HR team have been managing the process themselves, but are finding this now increasingly hard. You will be responsible for dealing with all the internal vacancies this includes liaising with managers, advertising vacancies, setting up contracts with external job boards, producing a short list to managers and tracking and managing the process up to offer stage.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a similar role previously and have knowledge and experience working within a high volume recruitment role. You will also have strong reporting knowledge as currently this is not being done, so you will be required to set up an efficient and effective monitoring process
What you'll get in return
The company are offering a 12 month contract initially but this could be made permanent depending on the success of how the project goes, They offer a good salary, free parking and a good benefits package.
