Job Details
A super exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a creative and innovative organisation to take the lead on recruitment activities.
Your new role
You will partner with managers across the organisation to understand current and future talent needs, work with your internal and external network to generate a strong pipeline of potential candidates and will manage all candidate engagement throughout the process.
For the interview stage of each process, you will be involved, supporting managers prior to interview on what questions to ask/information to extract and in some cases, you may take the lead on conducting the interviews.
You will own the candidate experience journey from application through to on boarding and will encourage and educate managers on best practice during an inclusive recruitment and selection process.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must be a successful recruiter who has a strong track record in attracting and recruiting top talent into your organisation. Stakeholder engagement skills, outstanding interview techniques and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at any given time is essential too.
My client is very open minded on seeing Recruiters who have come from a variety of specialist sectors, agency/in-house. The key skills we are looking for lie within your ability to recruit, engage with your network and influence stakeholders at various levels.
What you'll get in return
The organisation foster a culture of autonomy, collaboration and inclusiveness, it truly is an excellent place to work. Whilst this for now is a FTC opportunity, there is the potential for this to become a permanent position in the future subject to performance and business needs at the time. The organisation are preparing to move into a hybrid working model so you will be able to spend a mixture of time working from home and working in the office in Oxford.
