Part time – 21.5 hours – Term Time only plus 1 week

Based at Finham Park 2, Torrington Avenue

Finham Park Multi Academy Trust (MAT) is a growing organisation which is currently made up of 7 schools across Coventry. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the HR Department where a Head of HR is needed to lead and develop a department in a growing Multi Academy Trust. We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual who is keen to use their HR knowledge and experience to support schools in the Trust and support their delivery of World Class education.

We are looking for someone who has extensive HR experience and possess strong knowledge of HR best practice. In addition to this you should have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise workload and show initiative, as well as a flexible approach to work.

In return you will join a small, friendly, supportive team. There are many CPD opportunities, term time only working and the Local Government Pension scheme.
