HR Manager

Are you looking for an opportunity to join an innovative Technology business? As HR Manager you will work as part of the wider HR team. Once restrictions lift the role is based in Telford, with some flexibility to work from home. £35-40k + Benefits.

As HR Manager you will support a number of business areas providing advice and guidance around Employee Relations, TUPE, performance management, and HR Projects. As a data driven organisation you will utilise data, building dashboards, and using this information to drive HR priorities.

CIPD level 5 qualified, or studying (or equivalent) you will have worked in large matrix structured organisations. You will have extensive ER knowledge, including TUPE and be very comfortable with using data.
