Your new company
A leading University in London are seeking an OD Partner to join the Organisational Development team, on a 12 month FTC. The team are currently remote working, with a flexible working model likely to be implemented in the future.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, and providing key support to the HR Director and the University's SLT, you will have responsibility for a range of organisation wide change projects and improvement programmes. Working in partnership with your HR colleagues, you will research, develop and implement initiatives to enhance behaviours and grow a high performance culture, in hand with measuring levels of engagement and enabling strategic conversations. You will also work on critical programmes such as Academic Performance Improvement and contribute to Diversity and Inclusion activities.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced OD practitioner, having worked in complex environments, with multiple stakeholders. It's essential that you have devised and evaluated large culture and behaviour change programmes, with a diagnostic and solutions orientated approach to your work.
