HR & Training Officer
Pegasus Group are looking to recruit a HR and Training Officer to join our HR team based in Canwell, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. Our supportive HR team sits in the Group Services function, supporting employees and managers across the business on all HR matters including learning and development.
In your role you will have dual function and will be responsible both for developing, coordinating and delivering training and development across the group as well as providing generalist HR advise to line managers. Using your knowledge of employment law and industry best practise you will advise and support managers in all HR related matters. You will coordinate learning; development and training initiatives across the business in line with individual; team and business objectives and will take a lead role in the ongoing development and delivery of our existing Graduate Development Program.
We are seeking a CIPD qualified professional with experience of designing, delivering and managing training programmes and courses. You will have experience developing and sourcing training to achieve learning and development outcomes and be able to work closely with internal stakeholders to analyse and identify training needs.
