Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist - 3 month fixed term contract - Remote Working - Start ASAP

You'll be working with Wales' largest Welsh Government sponsored department. This organisation has over 2000 employees across all Wales and offers a unique insight to the Welsh Public Sector.

Your new role
As the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, your role will be to act as the in-house specialist supporting the implementation of a new EDI strategy. You'll work closely with high level stakeholders including executive and non-executive board members plus external communities

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be a bona fide expert in the field of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. You'll also need to have an appreciation for Welsh culture. Ideally, you'll have CIPD L7 or equivalent qualification. Additional Welsh language skills would also be advantageous. If successful, you will also need to complete a basic DBS security check.

What you'll get in return
You'll be working on an initial 3-month FTC till the end of June 2021 with a pro rata salary of £38,922. This organisation also offers a generous holiday allowance of 33 days plus bank holidays. This role is fully remote working and a laptop will be provided.
