We are seeking to appoint a MCIPD qualified (or equivalent) Human Resources (HR) Manager who will support and advise the Bursar and Headmaster, while overseeing the delivery of excellent HR services to the School.
The successful candidate will be experienced in managing the full range of HR activities, and ideally will be experienced and comfortable within both an educational environment and a busy administrative role.
It is essential that you are experienced in managing a full range of HR activities including recruitment, policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, staff well-being, maternity/paternity/adoption, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, restructuring, safeguarding (including overseeing the Single Central Register), payroll and internal communications.
