HR Business Partner

Your new company
A University group with sites in London, who are growing substantially and at pace, are now seeking an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Reporting to an HR Director, you will be the dedicated HR Business Partner to senior leaders and line managers across the sites in London and Birmingham (role will be based in London). It will be your responsibility to ensure organisational objectives are met; through effective resource planning, process and policy development, identifying risks, building the capability of managers and translating business priorities into people plans. This is a generalist and hands on role, which will also include managing complex employee relations casework, supporting HR projects and responding to the people aspects of change management.
With a dispersed HR team, you will need to be confident working autonomously, in hand with understanding the importance of working collaboratively with your colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced and qualified HR professional, with a track record in providing partnering support to management teams across the broad remit of HR. You will be solutions orientated and commercially astute, with the ability to roll your sleeves up and work on both strategic and operational HR issues. Ideally, you will have worked in a complex, fast paced and unionised environment, along with supporting growth plans and change programmes.
