Organisational Development Advisor (12-month contract – potential to extend)

About the role:

You will work strategically in aligning OD with Advance HE’s strategy and values, integrating the latest professional practice in relation to leadership, management and EDI.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking needs analyses to establish common themes
  • Developing, maintaining and reporting progress against development plans and associated budgets
  • Establishing clear processes for demonstrating the value of learning and development opportunities.
  • Overseeing the production of learning and development content. This will include producing content as well as sourcing existing/new content from internal employees, external associates and other third parties.

What we offer:

The salary for this role will be within the range £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.

Full time hours are 35 hours per week

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with potential to extend.

Location:

This is a York or London office based role, however we are currently working from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic and expect this to continue for the coming months.
